Cabin Steward For TUI Cruises

ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position Cabin Steward for TUI Cruises.

TUI River Cruises designed as boutique 'floating hotels' with a maximum of 155-190 guests, offering an intimate and relaxed atmosphere with a focus on immersive destination experiences. TUI Aria - adult only, modern & beautiful river ship, the largest in European fleet.

The Cabin Steward ensures the cleanliness of all guest cabins in assigned section, as well as the corridors and surrounding areas, in accordance with company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning and servicing of guest cabins, including turndown service and embarkation setup.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service in accordance with company standards.
  • Restock cabin amenities as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of linen, uniforms, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain knowledge of daily programs and guest itineraries.
  • Perform daily laundry duties, including washing and ironing according to instructions.
  • Handle guest and crew laundry following company standards.
  • Welcome and greet guests professionally during embarkation days.
  • Support special events with additional housekeeping duties as required.
  • Report guest complaints promptly to the supervisor.
  • Notify the supervisor of any breakage or damage of equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness in both front and back-of-house areas according to sanitary regulations.
  • Ensure correct handling of all equipment, machinery, and chemicals.

Requirements:

  • Age 18+ from EU and also all nationalities we work with
  • Professional experience in Housekeeping area
  • Ship experience preferred
  • No visible tattoos = no aggressive tattoos.
  • For non-EU candidates, a German Visa D will be required.
  • Safety certificates and US Visa are NOT needed.
  • Language English B2
  • Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and dependable.
  • Strong problem-solving and complaint management skills.
