Position Summary

Deliver an unparalleled level of service at 45,000 feet as a Cabin Attendant in private aviation.

In this elite role, you will ensure the comfort, and discretion of high-profile passengers while creating a personalized and luxurious in-flight experience. From pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-through, you'll take ownership of every detail-anticipating client needs, managing high-end catering and cabin presentation, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates that will ensure the comfort, safety, and convenience of their passengers during each flight and will have:

  • Expert Credentials: Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training. MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent.
  • Proven Experience: Four years in a similar role, with at least two years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience
  • Education: High school diploma required
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles, included extended trips, holidays and weekends.
  • Global Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
  • License Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age

What You'll Do
  • Flight Operations: Work closely with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth operations, conduct preflight cabin checks, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with crews to maintain a pristine aircraft.
  • Passenger Safety & Comfort:  Assist with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements, including for children and passengers with disabilities and operate safety equipment. For Part 91 flights ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations, deliver safety briefings if/as advised by the PIC, and assist/command the cabin in an event of an aircraft or medical emergency.   
  • Cabin Maintenance & Service: Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious cabin, manage bedding and supplies, source vendors, and prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences.
  • Administrative Duties: Update client profiles, complete post-trip reports, manage expense accounts, and maintain aircraft-specific manuals while staying current with all required training.
  • Supervisory & Training: Lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members and represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies.
What You'll Experience
  • Physical Requirements: Perform tasks requiring regular use of hands, standing, walking, sitting, with occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting. Maintain sharp vision across various ranges and depths.
  • Work Environment: Operate in a variety of environments, from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces. Experience the dynamic atmosphere of aircraft arrivals and departures, including occasional high noise levels, vibrations, and exposure to fuel fumes. Adapt to changing weather conditions and seasonal temperature extremes in hangar settings.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. Please note that this range is not a guaranteed offer of compensation. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
