Job Summary:

The Digital Print & Mailroom Specialist will support the CVS Corporate Mailroom by operating highvolume production printers and largeclass inserter machines to produce, fold, insert, and prepare mail in a fastpaced environment with strict timesensitive deadlines. This role requires verifying print jobs against provided documentation, printing materials, inserting them into the appropriate envelopes, applying postage, and confirming completion of all workflows within defined timeframes.

Our operation runs 24/7/365, handling sensitive healthcare information, requiring accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent performance.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a print production or mailroom environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook) and PDF software

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $26.21

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
