RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities

·         Supervise and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs

·         Partner with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes

·         Oversee daily clinical operations

RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor Qualifications:

·         Active NJ RN license + extensive leadership experience

·       MUST HAVE nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care facility

·       PCC experience

·       Strong communicator and problem-solver
