As a Security Officer Security Clearance Concierge in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading tech location as a Front Desk Security Professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, and support a professional, welcoming environment. In this stationary role, you will handle front desk responsibilities, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with strong communication and customer service. Pre-Employment Requirement: Active DoD Secret Clearance (C103)
What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet incoming guests, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to document visitor activity in accordance with site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and help to maintain awareness of entry activity, deliveries, and/or service requests at the front desk.
  • Support access control functions by helping to issue visitor passes, review sign-in records, and report maintenance, badge, and/or access concerns according to location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
