Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Consultation: Engage directly with customers to understand their vehicle issues, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Work Plan Preparation: Develop and execute comprehensive work plans based on thorough vehicle assessments and diagnostics.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Perform advanced diagnostic tests on Ford vehicles, interpreting results to identify and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering, and exhausts, to diagnose potential problems.
  • Repair and Replacement: Execute repairs or replacements on critical vehicle components, including transmissions, brakes, engines, and more.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations and sudden breakdowns with field visits, providing immediate assistance to customers.
  • Performance Testing: Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure issues are resolved and performance standards are met.
  • Routine Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment, and brake checks.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles, ensuring compliance with company standards.
