What are some common challenges buyers face when managing supplier relationships?

Buyers often encounter challenges such as negotiating favorable terms, ensuring consistent product quality, and managing lead times with suppliers. Building strong relationships while maintaining cost-effectiveness requires clear communication and the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
