What does a butchery manager do?

A Butchery Manager oversees the daily operations of a butcher shop or the meat department in a grocery store. Their responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, ordering and managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. They also supervise meat cutting, packaging, and display, and may train staff in proper techniques.
