You'll lead a team of Program Managers and Key Account Managers while partnering across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing to deliver innovative mechatronic products to some of the world's leading automotive manufacturers.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for much more than keeping programs on track.

You'll:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Program Managers and Key Account Managers.
  • Own the overall health, growth, and profitability of a strategic customer business.
  • Build trusted partnerships with OEM customers while serving as the executive voice of GHSP.
  • Drive business strategy, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and successful product launches.
  • Align Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing around common customer objectives.
  • Anticipate customer needs, identify risks early, and lead teams toward creative solutions.
  • Champion continuous improvement while creating an environment where accountability, collaboration, and innovation thrive.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term business strategy and future growth opportunities.
