A Snapshot of Your Day
As a transformation leader, you'll partner with business and digital stakeholders across North America to map current processes and guide the shift toward SAP-driven standardization. You will help the organization determine where global templates can be adopted, where regional adaptations are needed, and where essential customization supports business continuity.
You'll work directly with senior leaders-simplifying complex challenges, aligning stakeholders, and shaping decisions that drive successful transformation. Acting as a consulting engagement lead, you'll coordinate multiple workstreams, build collaboration across functions, and accelerate progress through clear communication, thoughtful change leadership, and strong execution.
How You'll Make an Impact
Responsibilities
  • Lead value stream mapping sessions to document current operations, identify best practices, and evaluate alignment with future standard templates.
  • Guide fit-to-template decisions by defining what can be adopted, what requires extension, and what needs essential customization.
  • Partner with Business and Finance Digital Transformation leaders to ensure outcomes support strategic priorities.
  • Create and deliver executive-ready communications that clearly explain scope, rationale, benefits, and implications.
  • Build and execute change management and communication strategies that promote adoption and sustained engagement.
  • Lead multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams using a consulting-style delivery approach.
  • Oversee rollout activities in close partnership with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilitate senior-level decision-making and maintain alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the future platform and operating model through structured planning, coordination, and execution excellence.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level transformation programs, including ERP modernization or large-scale platform implementations.
  • Consulting or professional services experience at the Manager or Engagement Lead level strongly preferred.
  • Proven strength in executive communication, storytelling, and presenting complex topics with clarity.
  • Deep expertise in business process analysis, value stream mapping, and fit-to-template transformation approaches.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business, Technology Management, or Digital Transformation (or related field).
  • Exceptional change management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
