At Depatie Fluid Power, we design, manufacture, and distribute hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control solutions that help customers keep their operations running efficiently. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the systems, data, and processes that drive our business. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, you will help optimize our ERP environment, develop business insights through reporting and analytics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


This role directly impacts our ability to serve customers, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth. Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business System Administrator with the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP systems, software applications, and business technologies.
  • Develop analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence reporting tools to provide actionable insights for management and operational teams.
  • Lead AI and data analytics initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation solutions that support continuous improvement objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies through technology-driven solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics to support strategic business goals.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Research emerging technologies, AI applications, and analytics tools to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
  • Develop and deliver employee training programs on ERP systems, business software, analytics tools, AI applications, and best practices.
  • Support data governance initiatives by promoting data accuracy, consistency, security, and reporting standards throughout the organization.
  • Identify organizational challenges and recommend technology-based solutions that improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with business leaders to define requirements, prioritize projects, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled processes.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve system, reporting, and data-related issues.
  • Handle multiple projects and priorities while effectively managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences through written and verbal communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 0-3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP administration, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, database structures, and reporting methodologies.
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting AI, automation, and technology solutions that drive business improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Manufacturing and ERP system experience preferred, including familiarity with operational, supply chain, engineering, or sales processes.
