SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Systems Consultant.

The Business Systems Consultant will act as the liaison between the line of business and the technical organization.

This role Plans, conducts and directs analyses of technological solutions from basic to moderately complex business problems and process improvements and oversees and/or conducts evaluations of business requirements and recommends appropriate technological alternatives to business line and systems management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.
  • SQL, Minitab, Business Objects, Crystal, Excel, Passport etc
  • Moderate Programming (Visual Basic, Visio Studio.NET, C Sharp) experience.
  • Strong relational database design experience.
  • Mortgage Acquisitions and/or Servicing experience.
  • Experience driving results to lead/direct team members and projects through application of LEAN principles and waste reduction.
  • Expertise with graphical/statistical charts and interpreting the results.
  • Experience leading Continuous Improvement activities.
