Job description

Job Summary

The position partners with business stakeholders to analyze current state needs and challenges, providing functional and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing process and procedures to solve complex business problems. The role is responsible for high‑level requirements definition, solution design, and deployment of analytical and reporting solutions, as well as all aspects of delivery and engagement. It is extremely hands‑on and collaborative, working cross‑functionally with leadership on critical projects requiring analytical solutions.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Identifies gaps, improvements, automation opportunities and provides technical expertise in business requirements for Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS) and Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS) services.
  • Analyzes, designs and implements security controls and configurations in a scalable and cost‑effective manner across the Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM applications.
  • Identifies custom solutions for various business cases, including building custom security roles, security profiles and areas of responsibility as per business requirements.
  • Manages demand intake (e.g., new projects, change requests, backlogs) with key business stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned.
  • Drives project estimations across the Oracle Fusion Cloud application suite to derive accurate level of security efforts (LOE’s) to support project planning cycles.
  • Defines security system specifications and objectives based on business requirements and cost considerations, providing management with recommendations that support security audits and segregation‑of‑duties assessments.
  • Performs detailed data profiling and analysis to validate business requirements, confirm key assumptions, and identify potential data or process gaps; also supports end‑user access issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Provides high‑level data education and consultation to support security guidance and support during Oracle Fusion migrations, upgrades and integration projects.
  • Creates and maintains security configuration documents and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience - preferred.
  • 4 years of relevant experience managing Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM applications.
  • Experience building and/or troubleshooting custom security roles.
  • Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including building and maintaining Advanced Access Controls and Advanced Financials Controls.
  • Experience with Oracle security technologies and tools, such as HCM Data Loader, ADFDI, Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience with Oracle Reporting Security.
  • Oracle Risk Management Cloud Certified Implementation Professional – preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • High aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications.
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulations, such as SOX, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA.
  • Understanding of Segregation of Duties and Least Privileged Access.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, engage, and communicate in a consulting capacity.

Preferred location: Atlanta, GA. Salary range: $89,600.00 to $168,000.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in‑office role in Atlanta.
