Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Manage, optimize, and integrate enterprise business systems to maximize operational performance and elevate scalability.

  • Direct key vendor partnerships, orchestrating service level agreements and conducting routine evaluations to uphold top-tier service standards.

  • Champion and mentor a dedicated team of business systems professionals, establishing a highly collaborative environment focused on professional growth.

  • Spearhead critical system upgrades, complex software integrations, and deployment initiatives while carefully directing timelines and resources.

  • Drive continuous process improvement strategies across cross-functional teams to automate workflows and resolve technical challenges.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated success in business systems management, project execution, and organizational change management.

  • Proven experience directing vendor relations, managing service level agreements, and evaluating external service delivery.

  • Skilled team leader with a track record of mentoring staff, setting stretch goals, and cultivating team achievement.

  • Outstanding analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication capabilities.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
