At Regions, the Business Systems Manager develops, trains, and manages Business SystemsAnalysts that support departmental system(s).

Primary Responsibilities
  • Plans, tests, and executes projects and supports day-to-day operations
  • Ensures department meets all standards, company policies, and quality requirements
  • Develops strategyand leads implementation for system(s)
  • Works with Technology partners and line of businesses regarding processes and resolution of system issues
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves user problems as they occur
  • Oversees system enhancements and works with agencies to develop ongoing reporting and tools
  • Partners across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security, effectively mitigating risk to levels within the company’s risk appetite
  • Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or services

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field andeight (8) years of related work experience
  • OR High School Diploma /GEDand twelve (12) years ofrelated work experience
  • Two (2) years ofleadership/managerial/supervisory experience
Preferences
  • Experience in a financial institution

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience and business need.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target

Minimum: $113,172.40 USD

50th Percentile: $146,070.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans

Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
