What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with walk in, phone and online customers directly and maintain own book of business.
  • Analyze operational and sales metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
  • Support departmental budgeting, operational planning, and company growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience leading teams in building materials, wholesale distribution, millwork, or a similar industry preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with experience using CRM and ERP systems.
