Job Description

We are seeking an individual to support a variety of business office and administrative functions for long-term care healthcare clients, along with internal office operations. This position works across multiple areas of the business and requires flexibility, initiative, strong communication skills, and a willingness to help wherever needed as priorities evolve.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Accounts payable and vendor support.
  • Internal bookkeeping and financial support.
  • Work within financial, billing, EHR, and bookkeeping systems.
  • Client business office support and problem-solving.
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients.
  • General office and administrative support, including assisting with shared office responsibilities as needed.
  • Supporting team workflows, projects, and organizational needs as they arise.
  • Medical billing and follow-up.
Qualifications
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, business or related education and/or experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in finding answers and solving problems.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with local teammates and remote consultants.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately.
  • Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed.

Additional Information

This is an onsite position based in our Lincoln office, supporting the business and administrative needs of long-term care facilities and our internal operations. Responsibilities may shift between accounts payable, bookkeeping, client support, office administration, software systems, medical billing and other business office functions based on client and organizational needs.

Some experience is required in the office environment, but we are willing to train for some of the core duties for the right candidate in many areas. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes initiative, adapts well to change, and is interested in learning and growing with the organization.
