Qualifications

Business Support Specialist experienced in collection and analysis of data from a variety of data sources for ongoing evaluation


Business Support Specialist requires;

  • Strong
    communication skills to work closely with customer service and vendors
    gathering data and generating communications to customers as needed.
  • Candidate
    must have aptitude to achieve the best possible outcomes, processes and
    savings to reach business strategic goals and targets.
  • Advanced skill level using MS Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Proficient Data Entry
  • Must have strong excel skills, including pivot/graphing
  • Strong communication, written and oral
  • Telecom helpful not required.Prefer/desire Provisioning and Telco experience.
  • BA degree desired, not required, could be working towards if have required skills.


Business Support Specialist duties:

  • Provide analytical support by identifying trends. 
  • Process
    standardize data as needed using tools such as pivot tables to combine
    with other data to develop various management reports and assist
    management with decision making.
