Description
Own the Work. Drive the Outcome. Build What's Next.
At Valiant Residential, we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who doesn't just manage timelines-you own execution, create momentum, and deliver results that last. The Senior Project manager will own evaluation and implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives until hand-off to the appropriate Product Owner or team.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy, partnering closely with leadership to turn priorities into action and initiatives into measurable impact. You'll lead projects from concept through completion and adoption, ensuring solutions don't just launch-they stick.
This isn't a passive role. You're an owner-operator-someone who anticipates challenges, removes obstacles, and holds both yourself and others accountable to outcomes. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll play a critical role in driving the organization forward by turning strategy into execution and execution into results.
We Are Valiant
With over 37 years of experience, Valiant Residential is a next-generation property management leader, uniquely attuned to the needs of property owners and residents. We are driven by a Valiant Spirit-bold, innovative, and committed to excellence-fostering prosperous partnerships and long-term success. Our team thrives on collaboration, integrity, and strategic thinking, making a meaningful impact in the industry.
Why Work at Valiant?
At Valiant Residential, we don't just offer jobs-we build careers. Consistently ranked as a "Top Place to Work," we are a leader in the property management industry, driven by bold, innovative professionals who make an impact.
We believe in rewarding great work with competitive total compensation and time off with comprehensive benefits, including free health insurance options and 401(k) matching. Growth isn't just encouraged-it's expected. With career development opportunities, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to innovation, we empower our employees to thrive.
What You'll Own & Drive
  • Lead end-to-end execution - Own enterprise technology and operational initiatives from initial planning through launch and sustained adoption
  • Build and drive the roadmap - Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting that keep teams aligned and accountable
  • Manage complexity at scale - Lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and business priorities
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles - Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, escalating and driving resolution to maintain momentum
  • Deliver implementations that work - Lead system rollouts, integrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives that improve how teams operate day-to-day
  • Simplify and optimize processes - Map end-to-end workflows, identify inefficiencies, and reduce manual work, handoffs, and system friction
  • Translate business into execution - Turn business needs into clear functional and technical requirements that guide development and delivery
  • Drive alignment across the business - Partner with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are integrated and successful
  • Own outcomes-not just output - Ensure successful go-lives, stakeholder sign-off, and post-launch stabilization and adoption
  • Leverage data to lead decisions - Use dashboards, reporting, and BI tools to track progress, measure impact, and inform next steps
  • Continuously improve - Lead post-implementation reviews, capture insights, and implement improvements that strengthen future execution
  • Develop scorecard matrices and frameworks - create the structure by which the department will evaluate projects before and after execution.
  • Lead with efficiency in mind - assess tech stack and proactively and continuously monitor to keep our tools lean, integrated, and cutting edge with a focus on simplicity, results, and streamlining.

Requirements
What Sets You Apart
  • You operate with a true ownership mindset-you take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself accountable for results
  • You move with urgency and structure-balancing speed with quality, organization, and attention to detail
  • You're a clear and confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • You bring an analytical, problem-solving mindset, using data and logic to navigate complexity and drive decisions
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities without losing focus or momentum
  • You're adaptable and solutions-oriented, able to adjust quickly as business needs evolve
