You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring strong governance, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business transformation initiatives aligned to strategy, budget, and timelines
  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions through strong stakeholder engagement
  • Govern cross-functional teams across functions and regions
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and data standards
  • Drive business readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation
Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis, ensuring requirements are defined, prioritised, and traceable through delivery
  • Deliver end-to-end transformation projects from initiation to operational handover
  • Plan and govern delivery, including schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change to protect delivery outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, standardised solutions
  • Drive process design and improvement, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation
  • Manage vendors and system integrators to ensure quality and value delivery
  • Ensure alignment with architecture, security, data, and compliance standards
  • Coordinate testing and business readiness, including UAT and go-live activities
  • Provide clear governance and executive reporting, driving continuous improvement
What We're looking for
