Job description

Join the Workforce Staffing (WFS) Transformation team in driving the future of WFS through data-driven program execution, process engineering, and strategic analysis. Supporting global hiring strategies and key initiatives, you'll play a pivotal role as a Program Manager driving end-to-end delivery of analytics-powered solutions that optimize our global recruitment processes across tier 1 associate hiring-impacting more than 1 million hires and over 5 million applications worldwide annually.
This role sits at the intersection of program management and deep data analytics. You will own the strategy, execution, and delivery of programs that leverage advanced analytics, generative AI, and process engineering to drive measurable business outcomes. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights, build scalable solutions, and drive progress across cross-functional teams-operating with ambiguity and owning outcomes end-to-end. The ideal candidate is a creative, demonstrated leader with superior ability to learn new technology and make data-driven decisions for project deliverables.
This is an opportunity to operate in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets scale. You'll develop deep expertise in workforce analytics and process engineering while contributing to mission-critical hiring operations that directly impact our ability to serve customers worldwide. The role offers extensive opportunities to demonstrate key leadership principles including Customer Obsession through candidate-centric process improvements, Ownership by taking end-to-end responsibility for program deliverables, Dive Deep through comprehensive data analysis, and Deliver Results by providing actionable insights and scalable programs that drive hiring and operational success.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program execution for data analytics and process engineering initiatives across global workforce staffing operations (1M+ hires, 5M+ applications annually across the globe)
- Own program strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for analytics solutions - dashboards, automated reporting, and insight generation tracking hiring funnel performance, cost per hire, and fill rate metrics
- Lead process engineering to drive global standardization of metrics and build scalable frameworks that improve efficiency and quality of hire
- Analyze large datasets using SQL to generate insights for workforce planning, risk detection, and early attrition signals enabling faster intervention on quality-of-hire indicators
- Leverage generative AI to accelerate insight generation, automate workflows, and develop innovative solutions enhancing program delivery
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies, translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations tied to "Must Win" goals
- Drive cross-team collaboration, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver executive-ready white papers and presentations communicating program outcomes to senior leadership
A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic program execution, deep data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You might start by querying large datasets to uncover optimization opportunities in recruitment processes, then shift to driving a stakeholder review on program milestones and dependencies. You'll leverage generative AI tools to accelerate insight generation, facilitate alignment across regional teams, and translate thousands of lines of data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Expect to move fast, operate in ambiguity, and own outcomes-balancing process engineering with analytics to drive measurable progress rather than just output.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- 2+ years of SQL experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- 4+ years of developing automated reporting experience
- Experience in process engineering and operational improvement methodologies
- Experience with ETL pipelines, data modeling, or scripting languages (Python)
- Track record of successfully launching programs that combine process engineering with analytics at scale
