Job Summary:

Location:Candidate must be located in Phoenix, AZ metro (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)

As a key contributor to strategic transformation, you will leverage your expertise in ERP platforms, business process analysis, and system integration to design and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data integrity, test system changes, and support organizational change management efforts while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Uses an understanding of the existing system architecture and business process maps to identify the addition of or changes to systems, interfaces, functional system behavior, business processes, data requirements, and process automation.
  • Interprets business needs and translates them into documented system requirements. Reviews with the development group for system design and development.
  • Facilitates cross-functional team meetings to address business problems or systems issues.
  • Develops and analyzes system functional requirements in accordance with end to end business processes
  • Test software or applications, using automated testing procedures as applicable, to coordinate and execute testing prior to launch of enhancements.
  • Facilitate support for change management activities
  • Provide consulting and problem-solving skills to continuously improve business processes and data management processes
  • Applies knowledge of AI, automation, and intelligent business process management principles to identify opportunities for operational improvements and scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Level Specifications:

  • Apply advanced knowledge of SAP functionality, design principles and industry best practices to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Tackle complex challenges through deep analysis and creative problem-solving, shaping policies and processes for continuous improvement.

Work Experience:

  • Typically 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP support, or related experience supporting business applications and processes.
  • Experience working with SAP MM, procurement, or supply chain processes preferred


Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.

Distinguishing Characteristics:

  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements and able to develop into business process flows.
  • Experience supporting SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including procurement, material master, and vendor management is preferred
  • Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro is or other supply chain planning solutions is a plus
  • Familiarity with business process automation, or AI-enabled process improvements is a plus.

  • Proficient written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills required to communicate and work with all levels of employees
