The SeniorFinance Manager supports all finance and planning activities for USPR Stores. You will be a strategic business partner to both commercial, financial and functional areas by supporting and providing strong financial analysis and advice to support decision-making for short- and long-term objectives and strategies. You will work closely with zone general managers, regional sales managers, operation and marketing team.

You will report to the Finance Director of US Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate results
  • Responsible for financial reporting including analysis, interpretation and communication of monthly financial results; lead deviation analysis and explanation of key performance drivers; lead monthly forecasting.
  • Provide proactive analysis of market trends, customer and product/brand performance to support profitable growth and investment.
  • Manage the capital spending and request process for any investment.
  • Enhance and implement business process in compliance to PPC policy.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis including but not limited to customer profitability, margin analysis, contract/deal analysis and cost reduction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional partners, including global business services, marketing, credit and supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase Reporting/Hyperion Planning preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
