ABOUT THE ROLE

Accountable for defining, implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving assigned manufacturing processes. The Process Owner ensures processes consistently achieve established performance, quality, cost, safety, compliance, and operational objectives while effectively utilizing personnel, equipment, and technology. Acts as the primary authority for the assigned process and coordinates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure process effectiveness and alignment with business requirements.

Focus: Provides overall ownership and strategic direction for manufacturing processes throughout their lifecycle. Focuses on process definition, governance, performance monitoring, standardization, compliance, risk management, training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Ensures processes remain effective, sustainable, measurable, and aligned with organizational and customer requirements.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Define and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures

2. Establish and monitor process KPIs and performance targets

3. Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

4. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

5. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

6. Review and implement process changes

7. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance

8. Support training and communicate process changes

9. Drive continuous improvement and process standardization

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Operations, or related field

    2. Experience in manufacturing or process management

    3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    4. Knowledge of process KPIs and performance monitoring

    5. Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement

    6. Knowledge of quality systems and risk management

    7. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

    8. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience


Preferred

  • 1. Experience in regulated manufacturing industries

    2. Lean Six Sigma certification

    3. Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or ISO requirements

    4. Experience with CAPA, change control, or deviation management

    5. Familiarity with OEE, SPC, or manufacturing performance metrics

    6. Experience with ERP, MES, SCADA, or manufacturing data systems

    7. Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
