Position Overview
At JMark, we believe smarter processes lead to mission success. We are seeking innovative Efficiency & Automation Analysts across multiple levels to design and deploy automated solutions that streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance productivity. This role blends low-/no-code tools such as ServiceNow and UiPath Studio/Orchestrator with modern coding languages like Python to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on collaborating with stakeholders, translating requirements into automated workflows, and continuously improving processes to drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Design & Deployment
  • Design and deploy automated processes to standardize workflows and increase efficiency using ServiceNow, UiPath Studio/Orchestrator, and Python.
  • Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate functionality prior to production release.
  • Build, test, debug, and refine solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Collaboration & Requirements Gathering
  • Partner with administrative, HR, legal/legislative, and security teams to identify opportunities for automating repetitive, time-consuming tasks.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and sustainable automation designs.
  • Collaborate with mission architects to evaluate and integrate emerging automation and RPA tools.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct end-user testing to confirm solutions meet operational and mission needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process design documents, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Monitor deployed solutions, applying iterative enhancements for adaptability and best practices.
  • Provide training and reach-back support to ensure smooth adoption and long-term usability.
