Job description

This role will be onsite based in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze current business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support process design efforts, including documentation of future-state workflows and business requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business priorities
  • Gather and document business requirements to support system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Analyze data and business trends to support decision-making and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in developing recommendations that align business needs with practical solutions.
  • Create clear, concise documentation and reports to support stakeholder understanding and alignment.
  • Support the delivery of business application projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate that solutions meet defined business needs.
  • Assist in tracking project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts by helping develop training materials and documentation.
  • Support the ongoing use and improvement of business systems that enable key processes across the organization.
  • Assist with system configuration changes, data validation, and issue resolution as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to better leverage existing systems to improve business outcomes.
  • Provide functional support for enterprise applications, including issue triage, user assistance, testing, documentation, training, and coordination with technical resources and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related roles (or equivalent internship/co-op experience).
  • Exposure to business systems, data analysis tools, or process improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with Dynamics Finance & Operations and related technologies preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives.
  • Foundational understanding of business processes and data analysis concepts.
  • Curiosity and initiative to learn new systems, processes, and business domains.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week and perform regular on-call duties as requested
  • Valid driver’s license required.
