Compensation Pay: $70,000-$75,000 per year Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Medical insurance and HSA Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) with company match And many more Your Mission As Our Analytics Engineer, You Will Build semantic models and analytics foundations that support scalable, governed enterprise reporting Develop intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences in Power BI Automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads This is not a maintenance position-this is a build‐what's‐next and improve‐how‐we-operate role. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 2+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Process Automation Experience designing semantic models and working with enterprise reporting structures Understanding of data governance, quality, and reporting best practices Preferred Expertise SQL, DAX, and Power Query Microsoft Fabric & Power BI in an enterprise environment Power Automate or similar tools Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse Ability to blend analytics and data engineering skills with emerging AI technologies Core Strengths Semantic modeling & analytics architecture Data visualization & storytelling Workflow automation Cross‐functional collaboration Strong documentation & governance Continuous improvement mindset Join Us and Help Design the Future If you're ready to influence how data is used across an entire organization and take on a role that challenges and rewards you, now is your moment.
