This role serves as a strategic bridge and leader between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into governed, scalable solutions built on low‑code/no‑code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions. The analyst focuses on what should be built and why, not primarily on hands‑on development, while also potentially building lower complexity solutions and reports. Key responsibilities include process analysis, solution feasibility assessment, data and analytics alignment, and responsible AI adoption, ensuring solutions are well designed, compliant, and aligned to enterprise platform standards.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience analyzing Copilot Studio or AI‑assisted workflows.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Power Platform licensing and environment strategies
    • ALM patterns and release management
    • Data governance and information protection
    • Experience in mid to large, regulated, or highly governed enterprises
    • Relevant certifications PL‑200, PL‑600, Power BI, or Fabric certifications
    • Participation in strategy development
    • Leadership/people management skills
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a business analyst, technical analyst, or hybrid role.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and designing solutions using low‑code/no‑code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technically feasible, platform‑aligned designs.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design; data and analytics concepts; low‑code/no‑code platforms in governed environments.
  • Experience leading larger scale analysis projects and assisting other analysts in learning the discipline.
