Job description
- Expert knowledge of automation agents - including saved queries/conditions, attribute rules, complex expressions, and various agent actions
- Expert knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Basic knowledge of various modules like Order Management, Shipment Planning, Business Process Automation and OTM Finance module.
- Basic knowledge of High-Level OTM configuration, Recurring Processes and Transmission Manager
- Good knowledge of BI Publisher report development and Stylesheet development
- Good knowledge of OTM Screen Set and Manager Layout configuration.
- Good knowledge of Action Checks
- Comfortable with OTM data dictionary and relationship between various objects, to quickly understand requirements and design solutions.
- Good analytical skills, should exhibit patience in troubleshooting and log researching
- Awareness of SDLC and standard incident and problem management processes
- Must be a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple competing priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- Must be capable of representing technical team as lead for two OTM onboarding projects concurrently, working with business team to define requirements and utilizing off-shore resources to get development done.
- Excellent communication skills.
