Responsibilities

The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights leads the development and execution of strategic approaches to manage and optimize business operations through modern business intelligence, trusted data, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role utilizes advanced analytical tools and techniques to collect, organize, interpret, and validate data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.

The role establishes KPIs, develops dashboards and semantic models, and delivers trusted reporting that supports operational and strategic decision-making. The Manager leads a small analytics team, providing coaching, prioritization, technical guidance, and delivery oversight while partnering across Technology, business stakeholders, and operational teams.

The Manager supports the evolution of the organization from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive analytics by leveraging trusted data, workflow automation, modern reporting capabilities, and AI-enabled insights. The role identifies opportunities to improve business processes, automate workflows, and deliver timely insights when the business needs them.

The Manager supports forecasting, scenario planning, AI-enabled decision support, reporting modernization, and continuous improvement while fostering strong partnerships with Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in business intelligence, analytics, business analysis, process improvement, or business transformation.
  • 3+ years leading analytics or BI resources.
  • Advanced Power BI experience.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with semantic models, KPI frameworks, and governed reporting.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics and modern data architecture.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience modernizing reporting environments.
  • Experience with Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics and workflow automation.
  • Experience conducting operational reviews and process optimization.
  • Experience in Agile environments.
  • Experience in retail, real estate, construction, facilities or similar.
