Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70.86hr - $75.86hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related experience.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
  • Experience producing requirements in BDD format.
  • Experience developing and running SQL queries.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and functional requirements documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities with limited direction.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability activities for medium- to large-scale initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, opportunities, success metrics, and operational impacts.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and increase business value.
  • Facilitate workshops, Client sessions, backlog refinement sessions, stakeholder reviews, and requirements walkthroughs.
  • Perform business, process, system, data, gap, and impact analysis to support solution design, prioritization, and delivery decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Teams, Solution Architects, business SMEs, vendors, and technology leaders to define scope and align delivery expectations.
  • Support all phases of delivery, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
  • Participate in test planning, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and solution validation to confirm business outcomes are met.
  • Drive discussions, influence decisions, assess risks and impacts, and negotiate priorities across competing stakeholder needs.
  • Guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices.
