Key Responsibilities:

  • Organic Growth Strategy
    • Lead the organic search strategy for our network of partner practice websites, driving visibility, authority, and patient acquisition across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. Develop scalable, hyper-local SEO programs that help practices compete and win in highly competitive local markets.
  • Local & Enterprise SEO
    • Build and optimize frameworks for Google Business Profiles, local citation management, location page performance, and multi-location search visibility. Ensure best practices are consistently deployed across all properties while adapting strategies to individual market dynamics.
  • Technical SEO Leadership
    • Own technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, indexation, schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and page performance. Partner closely with web development teams to identify opportunities, resolve technical issues, and improve overall search performance.
  • Agency & Vendor Management
    • Manage relationships with external SEO partners, establishing clear performance expectations and measurable KPIs aligned to business outcomes. Ensure agency efforts are focused on driving qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue impact.
  • Performance Analytics & Executive Reporting
    • Develop and maintain standardized reporting across all locations. Translate complex SEO and website performance data into actionable, executive-level insights that clearly demonstrate business value and growth opportunities.
  • Tools & Technology
    • Leverage advanced expertise in GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms. Experience integrating data sources into reporting and visualization tools, such as Power BI, is highly valued.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or digital performance marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing SEO strategies within multi-location, franchise, healthcare, or other distributed-network organizations.
  • Experience driving modern search optimization strategies across SEO, AI search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Strong background managing SEO agencies, consultants, or other external marketing partners.
  • Advanced proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable SEO platforms.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills are strongly preferred.
