Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Fort Wayne IN

Duration: Full Time

  • 12-18 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance for US markets
  • Experience in two or more of the business areas covering policy management, Claims, and sales and distribution
  • Experience with personal and commercial lines of business. Subject matter expertise (SME) in policy or claims areas is must.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, process gaps with documentations and identification of improvements areas. Ability to lead/execute consulting engagement
  • Experience in requirement management, workshop handling and customer relationship management with business heads/CXOs
  • Hands on experience on use cases/BRD and other project artifacts related to requirement management, process improvements.
  • Experience on SDLC and agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies trends and its adoption within insurance industry
  • Thought leadership in areas of insurance trends, best practices, process optimization areas
