The Opportunity

Are you passionate about using data to drive digital growth and improve customer experiences? We're looking for an analytical, results-driven eCommerce Analytics & Optimization Manager to lead performance analytics, conversion optimization, and customer behavior insights across our digital sales channels.

In this role, you'll own the measurement and optimization of the end-to-end eCommerce funnel, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience. You'll partner closely with Digital Media, Creative, Product, UX, Call Center, Technology, and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) teams to align measurement strategies, optimize digital experiences, and ensure a consistent view of customer acquisition and performance across channels.
