Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is excited to hire a Business Operations Specialist to support our National Field Service team. This position ensures seamless order fulfillment, accurate financial management, and an optimized customer journey by effectively managing ERP and CRM systems. By coordinating inventory, payments, and operational workflows, this role drives efficiency, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports informed decision-making through clear communication and reporting.

Business Operations Specialist job duties:
  • Approve customer orders, allocate inventory to ensure availability, and record and reconcile customer payments in the ERP system to maintain accurate financial and operational records.
  • Use Salesforce Lightning to update and track customer post-installation project progress through rework/service completion, ensure consistency in the customer journey, and generate reports on engagement and project timelines.
  • Oversee Service Team payables and timely invoice processing, manage accounts receivable by monitoring payment statuses and following up on overdue payments, and prepare financial reports on AP/AR performance.
  • Align order fulfillment with inventory and service capacity, proactively resolve discrepancies in orders, payments, or inventory allocation, and support smooth operational workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies in ERP and CRM processes, propose and implement improvements, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and train team members to effectively use these systems.
  • Processing warranty claims and submitting to internal Jacuzzi Warranty Team.
  • Provide clear updates on order status, inventory challenges, and payment collections, develop actionable insights for management, and act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Position Details:
Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule, will report to our Phoenix, AZ office 3 times a week
Compensation:
$65,000+ depending on experience
Requirements
Requirements of Business Operations Specialist:
  • 3+ years of experience in a business administration or operations support role.
  • Previous experience from the home improvement industry highly preferred.
  • Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and customers.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
  • Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience using ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce Lightning preferred).
  • Inventory management skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
