Job description

Description
Business Operations & Systems Lead | Real Estate & Property Management
The Joan Pratt Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Business Operations & Systems Lead to support the day-to-day operational needs of our growing real estate and property management business. This is a flexible full-time or part-time opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys completing detailed work, improving systems, solving problems, and keeping important priorities moving forward.
This is not a director-level position or a role focused primarily on delegating work to others. We are looking for a capable doer who can identify what needs to be done, develop a practical plan, and personally carry the work through to completion.
The Business Operations & Systems Lead will work closely with leadership to execute operational priorities, maintain business systems, document processes, coordinate projects, support property management activities, manage vendors, assist with events, and ensure deadlines and follow-up items do not fall through the cracks.
The ideal candidate can move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This person sees opportunities to improve the business but is equally comfortable updating a CRM, creating a spreadsheet, coordinating a repair, documenting a process, researching a solution, following up with a vendor, or completing the administrative steps required to move a project forward.
The hourly rate will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and directly relevant real estate, property management, and business operations expertise.
This position may be structured as either part-time or full-time based on the needs of the business and the selected candidate's experience and availability.
Responsibilities
$49

โ€ข Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in business operations, project coordination, real estate operations, property management operations, office management, executive support, or a related business environment.

โ€ข Experience supporting a business owner, founder, or executive leadership team.
โ€ข Experience working in a small business where team members manage varied responsibilities.
โ€ข Event planning or project coordination experience.
โ€ข Experience with transaction management systems, MLS platforms, or real estate CRMs.
โ€ข Experience coordinating repairs, maintenance requests, contractors, leases, or rental property documentation.
โ€ข Colorado Real Estate License preferred but not required.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
