Franchisee Business Operations Consultant

Jan-Pro of West Michigan is excited to announce a new opening in our Regional Growth Office!

What you'll be doing:

Act as an owner-level mentor, managing a territory of franchisees by providing training, quality control, and coaching to ensure operational success, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include auditing, cleaning services, fostering franchisee growth, and supporting account retention.

The support given to your ‘TEAM’ of business owners is done through the promotion of the tools the Jan-Pro brand provides. The goal is to prosper long term CBO/cleaning client relationships. This results in the maintenance of and, increase in, their business revenues and helps in brand rapport. This objective is accomplished by following the Jan-Pro Model, use of skills to promote proactive communication and use of the local resources of the Senior Business Consultant and Regional Franchise Developer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Quality Control & Training: Conducts regular on-site inspections of janitorial operations and provides training on Jan-Pro standards to the CBOs.

Account Retention & Service: Interact directly with commercial cleaning clients along with the CBOs to ensure customer satisfaction and handle retention.

Account Startups: Guide franchisees through the complete onboarding process for new client accounts.

Administrative Tasks: Manage data entry, documentation, and reporting for the assigned territory.

Franchisee Support & Coaching: Actively engage with franchisees to improve business operations, set goals, and drive profitability.

Qualifications:

AS in Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience - Required

At least 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales support, or account manager role or closely related field.

Project Management experience preferred, track record of success in management of large teams in competitive environment.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.

Current, active Driver’s License required, must have the ability to drive to regional accounts for quality checks and onsite account walk-through.

Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

Exceptional communication – Be the ultimate communicator internally and externally, excellent written and verbal English communication skill.

Exceptional organizational ability and professional, positive outlook on all matters.
