Orangetheory Fitness is looking for an energetic, organized and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Studio Manager. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment, loves building community both online and in-person and is excited to help our studio grow through smart operations and standout content. 
What You'll Do
Social Media & Marketing
  • Take the lead on all things social media. Planning creating, posting and engaging across various platforms
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop fresh, engaging content that reflects our brand and community
  • Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what resonates with our audience
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates and creative ideas that keep our presence fresh and relevant
  • Be the main point of contact for all items related to Marketing
Operations & Team Leadership
  • Develop and maintain strong operation procedures and processes to keep the studio running smoothly
  • Lead and support the studio staff, helping build a strong motivated team
  • Assist the Studio Manager with daily needs from scheduling, to member experience, to problem-solving on the fly
  • Help ensure day-to-day operations align with studio standards and business goals
  • Cultivate B2B relationships
  • Plan and execute events
What You Bring
  • Proven experience with marketing and social media platforms (content creation, scheduling tools, analytics)
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team
