Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Operations Manager will be focused primarily on strategic planning, business prioritization, portfolio management, and executive decision support. This role helps define what work matters most to the organization, and provides the analysis and structure needed to drive informed decision-making. The position partners across teams to align priorities, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure leadership has visibility into opportunities and trade-offs. 
About the team:
Last Mile Delivery Trust & Safety works to enable a safe, fair, and resilient delivery ecosystem that supports speed, reliability, and trust across every trip. Within Trust & Safety, the Program Management team serves as a central resource for strategy, special projects, and data analytics. The Strategy team within Program Management translates leadership priorities into coordinated plans, informed decisions, and organizational action. The team leads strategic and long-range planning, prioritization, strategic assessments, executive decision support, and key operating mechanisms that create alignment, accountability, and visibility across Trust & Safety. The team also leads communications, associate engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps; support annual and long-range planning; and manage portfolio and launch-planning processes.
  • Support KPI framework development and validation, benchmarking, parity assessments, analysis, and recommendations that inform leadership decisions.
  • Coordinate leadership offsites and cross-functional planning activities and support recurring leadership operating mechanisms.
  • Analyze data and business trends to develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals and operational excellence.
