We're looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support and optimize end-to-end business operations across a cross-functional environment. In this role, you'll act as a key connector across teams-helping drive visibility, improve processes, and ensure alignment between planning, supply chain, delivery, and operational execution. You'll turn data into insights, support decision-making, and help remove barriers that impact customer delivery and business performance. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and driving meaningful business outcomes.

The anticipated start date for this position is January 2027.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support and optimize endtoend business operations across a highly collaborative, crossfunctional environment, helping ensure alignment between planning, supply chain, delivery, and operational execution.

  • Act as a key connector across teams by coordinating daytoday operations, improving visibility into priorities, commitments, and performance, and reinforcing accountability across the organization.

  • Own and support key operating rhythms, including KPI reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking, enabling leaders and teams to make datainformed, customercentric decisions.

  • Analyze operational data across areas such as demand and supply alignment, order execution and delivery performance, inventory and material readiness, and servicelevel metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that improve business performance and customer outcomes.

  • Partner closely with teams including Supply Chain & Planning, Manufacturing and Operations, Quality & Engineering, Finance and Commercial teams, and EMS partners through Global Operations to drive coordinated execution.

  • Help resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure teams remain aligned to deliver against customer and business objectives in an agile and effective manner.

  • Serve as a liaison between functions, promoting clear communication, shared understanding, and ownership of outcomes.

  • Identify inefficiencies and bring awareness to opportunities to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and strengthen operational execution.

  • Support the development and maintenance of standard work, SOPs, process documentation, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

  • Participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives that support innovative ways of working across complex operations.

  • Contribute to forecasting, prioritization, and planning activities, including execution of the UCDP process by validating inputs, highlighting constraints, and surfacing tradeoffs.

  • Provide leadership with clear summaries of performance, risks, constraints, and opportunities, enabling timely and transparent decisionmaking.

  • Learn and develop a strong understanding of SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, reporting tools, and training materials to support consistent execution.

  • Proactively identify risks that could impact delivery, cost, or customer outcomes, escalating issues early with clear impact assessments and recommendations.

  • Track actions through resolution to ensure commitments are met and results are delivered predictably.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain, planning, or a related role within a fastpaced, technologyenabled environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive accountable and customerfocused outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across crossfunctional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience with business and operational tools, including: Excel for data analysis and reporting, ERP/MRP or similar enterprise systems, Dashboard and reporting tools.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and authentically.

  • Experience creating and maintaining structured documentation, including processes, SOPs, and reporting artifacts.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience supporting complex, multifunctional operations such as supply chain, delivery, or productbased environments.

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operational best practices.

  • Experience tracking and reporting on business KPIs, including delivery performance, inventory, and servicelevel metrics.

  • Exposure to digital tools, datadriven transformation initiatives, or operational analytics.

  • Experience partnering with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, or tradeoff analysis within a regulated or technologydriven industry.
