Role Overview This person is the heart of our business, impacting and supporting all Bloom constituents. Bloom is seeking a high-performing Business Operations Manager to oversee and drive core operational elements of the business, including recruiting, hiring and employee onboarding, supporting the team and business with operational tasks, managing our team engagement and growth opportunities, and ensuring our business stays on track with the fast-paced environment. Geographic Location United States โ€“ preference for Seattle area and PST time zone.

This is a remote position. Language Business fluency in English required. Spanish proficiency a bonus.

Key responsibilities Consultant Hiring, Onboarding and Success Support hiring and retention of topโ€talent team of consultants and to ensure their success. Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, retention, and offboarding processes for consultants in the US and globally. Tasks may include developing and posting Onboarding to teams and systems, ensuring delivery of training, support ongoing operational needs for consultant success.

(Note โ€“ this role is not responsible for delivery of accounting and benefits administration but builds connections to these areas.) Administrative and Operations Support Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams Maintain client and consultant data, internal documentation, internal communications, and operational processes and improvements Coordinate vendors, subscriptions, and operational tools Technology Enablement Serve as the first point of contact for basic employee technology needs, escalating when appropriate Manage inventory of PCs/devices, licenses, and tools Coordinate with external IT vendors or technical partners Ensure employees have timely access to systems and tools Support documentation and best practices related to system usage and security Marketing โ€“ Clients and Consultant Prospects Manage client and consultant databases and develop marketing plans to stay in communication with each Maintain external and internal websites, including fresh content updates Drive annual engagement with constituents, managing communications and gifts Support business development efforts with content development, which may include PowerPoint presentations, marketing flyers, pitch decks, and other materials Team Building and Culture Plan and coordinate internal meetings, team events, and team-building activities Support employee engagement and recognition Partner with leadership to reinforce Bloom's values and culture, fostering connection and collaboration across a remote workforce An ideal candidate would possess the following skills A love for people and relationships โ€“ this role helps set the tone for our culture and work environment Proven experience with operational and administrative roles, especially with HR, marketing, culture, tools Proactive and organized with ability to selfโ€direct, manage projects, and identify and execute business priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including M356, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot Experience managing operational elements of marketing โ€“ website updates, managing contact databases, developing impactful marketing campaigns to clients and prospective consultants Light experience with device inventory management and M365 account provisioning.
