  • Contribute to the expansion and maintenance of Turnkey's core operating system, including the strategic and financial planning process, board materials preparation, measurement and reporting of company objectives, and operating cadence

  • Provide input on product development with insights from customer experiences and market trends

  • Assist with sales and BD efforts including: Participating in direct sales, building strategic partner relationships, creating sales materials, and summarizing sales learnings for the team

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company, ideally in addition to 2+ years honing your skills in a demanding, high-performance professional environment

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated passion for untangling tough problems and building scalable processes

  • Adaptability, resilience, and comfort in a constantly evolving environment

Style points

  • Prior experience in a fintech, web3 or developer-focused startup

  • Actively tracking developments in the crypto ecosystem and opinionated on where it is going

What We Offer
