Your Role:
Abode Luxury Rentals is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our new office in Sun Valley. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of the office, including guest relations, property management, and local community engagement. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with exceptional relationship-building skills and a flexible approach to work hours, including weekends.
Location: Sun Valley, ID
Job Type: Full Time, In-person
Your Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Open and manage the Sun Valley office, ensuring all administrative and operational functions are performed efficiently.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Work with city officials to acquire the necessary business licenses and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with real estate agents, vendors, city officials, and other stakeholders to support business operations and guest services.
  • Property Management: Oversee property management tasks including routine and annual maintenance scheduling, such as chimney sweeps, furnace inspections, and fire extinguisher checks.
  • Guest Relations: Ensure excellent guest relations are maintained, addressing any guest needs promptly and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of property and office inventory.
  • Inspections: Conduct and oversee various property inspections including weekly, departure, and arrival onboarding processes.
  • Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain a concierge list through effective partnerships with local vendors.

Requirements:
  • Education: GED Certificate
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and foster relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including guests, property owners, vendors, and city officials.
  • Adaptability: Capable of navigating complex interpersonal dynamics and managing relationships effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in operations management, guest relations, and property management.
