Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in project management, operations management, or related fields
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity
  • 3 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives related to procurement operations, strategy, enablement or transformation

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Experience in driving AI-enabled operational efficiency, including deploying AI levers, process mapping automation, or digital knowledge bases to streamline workflows
  • Ability to mine data and analytics to deliver reporting, insights and recommendations
  • Exceptional communication, advisory, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex strategic objectives into execution plans
  • Excellent process and project management skills, with the ability to build structured frameworks, standardize key business forums, and identify and escalate operational inefficiencies

Responsibilities
  • Act as business partner with GPO Directors to understand the organization's strategic goals, drive OKRs, and ensure alignment with overall GPO strategy.
  • Collaborate on lead cross-GPO business critical initiatives from structuring and implementation, to program management and accurate reporting.
  • Own and drive critical elements of E2E business cadence from annual planning for FTE, Opex, T&E, OKR process.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into performance; highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Work with leadership to optimize resource allocation, including FTE, budgeting, and systems/tools resources. Bring operational accuracy through efficient tracking and reporting (OKRs, budgets, targets).
