The Business Operations Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Business Operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement.

Expected Start Date: September 2024

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on implemented Sales Operations processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and process improvements
  • Monitor CRM data for multiple Business Development partners
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of forecasting and orders review process
  • Assist in resolving sales operations issues and inquiries.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CRM data
  • Assist in responding to all RFQs and send quotes directly to customers as needed
  • Develop and maintain Sales Orders in SAP
  • Assist in the processing of reseller agreements, NDAs, and compliance forms
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Desired Attributes and Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology tools, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Direct Government contracting experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and attending virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, handling documents, and operating computer equipment.
  • Good vision and hearing for effective communication, data analysis, and reviewing documents.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to move around office areas, including bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Capability to handle high levels of stress and maintain focus during complex operational tasks and interactions with various teams.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%), which may involve extended periods of standing, walking, and carrying luggage.
