Business Operations Associate – Elgin, IL

$50,000 - $52,000 annually + Free Benefits, onsite gym, Unlimited PTO

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional looking to build a strong foundation in a professional business environment.


We are a CPG manufacturer that develops and distributes household and consumer products used by customers across the country. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and learn the business from the ground up. You will work closely with customers and internal teams while gaining experience with our products, systems, and day-to-day operations.


What You Will Do

  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide timely support
  • Enter and process customer orders, product information, and purchase orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Review orders carefully to ensure part numbers, quantities, pricing, and customer information are correct
  • Communicate with internal teams to coordinate orders and resolve customer questions
  • Learn the company's products and become a resource for customers and internal teams
  • Use our systems to maintain customer information, track orders, and keep records up to date
  • Perform basic calculations and work with numerical information as part of daily responsibilities
  • Identify and correct discrepancies before they impact customers or orders
  • Assist with a variety of projects and business operations as you gain experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members while developing your knowledge of the business


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree required
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Some customer service experience preferred, including retail or other customer facing experience
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 55 WPM
