Junior Business Operations Associate (Aurora, CO)


A fast-growing, mission-focused home care agency in the Denver area is seeking a sharp, proactive Junior Business Operations Associate to join its team. This role is ideal for someone energized by problem-solving and process execution. You'll be the go-to person for operational tasks such as caregiver onboarding, scheduling support, and special projects.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct caregiver onboarding and client assessments

• Maintain accurate care management records and review care plan updates

• Assist with scheduling/logistics and order office supplies as needed

• Coordinate and support daily meetings, including daily staff check-ins

• Serve as a backup administrator and collaborate on strategic initiatives


What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and high personal accountability

• Positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills

• Comfort working with numbers and operational processes

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism
