Every great customer experience starts at the store level โ€” and the Assistant Manager plays a critical role in making that happen every single day.ย

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers fast, friendly, and high-quality automotive service while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-run location. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in a job done right, and genuinely enjoys building a team that customers and coworkers can count on.ย

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESย

Customer Experience & Salesย

  • Greet customers, explain services, and ensure every visit reflectsย FullSpeedย Automotive's commitment to speed, quality, and trust.ย

  • Recommend additional services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs, helping customers make informed decisions.ย

  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.ย

  • Support efforts to build repeat business through excellent service and genuine customer care.ย

Store & Shop Operationsย

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions.ย

  • Help monitor and maintain inventory levels for parts, fluids, and supplies โ€” placing orders as directed by the Store Manager.ย

  • Ensure the shop and customer areas are clean, organized, and presentableย at all times, reflecting brand standards.ย

  • Support compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.ย

  • Assist with tracking daily sales, productivity, and key performance metrics, helping the team stay focused on store goals.ย

Quality & Safetyย

  • Help ensure all services are performed correctly, safely, and in accordance with brand and manufacturer standards.ย

  • Conduct or support quality checks on completed work to maintain a high standard of service.ย

  • Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring team members follow proper procedures for equipment use, chemical handling, and shop safety.ย
