Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $78,000.00

Title: Business Operations Analyst I (Junior)

Scope

Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in an organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all operational support activities.

Responsibilities
  • Collects, reviews, and analyzes data, preparing reports, charts, budgets, and presentation materials using word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
  • Prepares and distributes regular reports and communications in accordance with established schedules.
  • Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant operational and administrative records.
  • Screens incoming calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders using appropriate correspondence or messaging.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel arrangements, and group activities to support contract and organizational needs.
  • May manage expense reporting, invoicing activities, office supply inventories, or other routine operational processes.
  • Works under the direction of a supervisor or manager and supports senior personnel in the functional area as needed.
  • Possesses a moderate understanding of general job functions and applies established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • At least 0-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant experience may satisfy degree requirements.
