The Business Operations Manager will oversee and enhance internal processes, lead a dedicated team, and manage key operational functions to support company growth and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines leadership with hands-on project coordination across both internal initiatives and external client engagements, with occasional travel. The position offers opportunities for advancement within the operations division.
